Those engaged in a 3rd eye acknowledgment are engaged in a specified or specialized orientation involving a tripartition, whether they are consciously aware of it or not. It is similar to other specialized orientations that many people have observed, but do not openly make a direct comment about as an active type of observation occurring with many people. Initial examples of being oblivious to such simple correspondences of tripartition may be offered as:

  • Most people hold a pen, pencil and small paint brush with three fingers.
  • Most people place a roll of toilet paper so that it unfolds facing them, away from them, or a roll is not hanged on a dispenser and is set on one end, the other end, or its side.
  • Most men stand at a urinal using either one hand, two hands or no hands.
  • Most women make-up their face, then their fingers, then their toes, if they engage in this model of tripartition. Some do not use make-up at all but nonetheless have some other model of tripartition they engage in without a conscious realization thereof.

The circumstance of being semi-consciously aware of recurring subtleties of like-minded acknowledgment takes place in multiple different scenarios such as for example:

  • If you watch a child, they are mindful of other children nearby and may even regard the presence of adults as of a secondary or tertiary significance... or disregard them to give full attention to one or another child... like a flower engaged in some manner of trophism, or the "mad dog" focus of an inmate directed towards harming another inmate, otherwise noted elsewhere as persistence, dedication, or goal centered.
  • Likewise for an animal such as a dog or cat or mouse... ever vigilant of whether they are in the presence of a predator or "compatible" (kindred entity).
  • Also, let me mention those who are varyingly conscious of those tripartite states of circumstance referenced (for example) as:
    • Virgin- Mother- Crone
    • Owner- Manager- Employee
    • Young soul- Old soul- Ancient soul
    • Team Coach- Team Captain- Team
    • Master- Journey man- Apprentice
    • Priest- Warrior- Worker/Artisan/Laborer
    • upper class- Middle class- Lower class
    • Chief- Medicine man/Shaman- Warriors/clans people
    • Subject- Object- Verb (Word Order)
    • Period- Question mark- Exclamation point (Use of the period appears to be the dominant standard.)
    • Shit- Shower- Shave (Colloquial reference once used as a reference to a morning routine.)
    • etc...

While Tripartite organizational themes are not the only format, it clearly is used with a frequency and application which the word "coincidence" is held in suspicion (if not contempt) by those who have taken the time to venture into this area of cognitive appraisal. Here is a short AI overview regarding examples of the Tripartite model of categorization:

Opera AI tripartite hierarchies examples

Note: the value in listing various ideas involving Tripartition is to bring to light the realization that a 3rd Eye in terms of a developing 3rd Consciousness is not limited to the vocabulary nor application seen in Western Religions nor Eastern Philosophies whose ideologies may not be known, are barely understood even by practitioners, or conveyed in convoluted ways mimicking an opportunistic manipulating influencer. Such institutions do not own and thereby do not regulate the conceptual development of a 3rd eye's consciousness. They would have to be a proverbial god to do this and they are not... since they are incapable of knowing the hearts- souls- minds of everyone. It is rather arrogantly stupid to think that a handful of like-minded religious and philosophical orientations fulfill the totality of expressive potentiality of that a 3rd Consciousness Evolution promises to unfold in an enlarged sense of Universality.

You can not expect someone who is oblivious of their own awakening 3rd Consciousness to use the language of religion or philosophy if this is not the vocabulary they are most familiar with. You can not expect them to put a dot on their forehead, sit in a yogic posture voicing some mantra or wearing the garments of a culture that is foreign to them; in order to comply with some notion of a 3rd eye whose practitioners are themselves oblivious to the notion of a developing 3rd consciousness as a theme of Universal potentiality which can be expressed in multiple guises just as the fundamental triplet code of DNA expresses itself in many guises called life form diversity. Let us be frank. The Established practices of a presumed 3rd Eye recognition are the unrecognized antic of a dog chasing after the spinning wheels of a vehicle. Far too many practicing some semblance of a 3rd Eye recognition are play acting like kids engage in an afternoon Tea party involving like-minded neighborhood kids, their dolls and stuffed animals, and maybe even the occasional pet... all the while being catered to by an onlooking parental figure who may actively encourage them because it is a controlling means of observational conduct over those who might otherwise be underfoot.... and yes, this is a metaphor applicable to multiple other scenarios involving adult behavior and some parental figure such as business, religion, and government.

...Hence, an exercised developmental expression of a 3rd Consciousness shows itself within the cultural parameters in which an individual is engaged, be it business, sports, entertainment, the stock market, criminality, government, religion, etc... Some additional examples of a developing 3rd Consciousness use of Tripartition are as follows:

Management levels

This model breaks down an organization's hierarchy into three tiers, each with distinct responsibilities and concerns.
  1. Top-level management: Comprising C-suite executives, directors, and the board, this level focuses on the long-term, strategic goals of the organization. Their responsibilities include setting overall strategy, making major decisions, and interacting with the external environment.
  2. Middle-level management: Managers at this tier oversee departments and act as a bridge between top management and the front line. They translate strategic goals into operational plans and coordinate the work of lower-level managers and employees.
  3. Lower-level (or first-line) management: This level includes team leaders, supervisors, and foremen who oversee day-to-day operations and directly manage non-managerial employees. They ensure tasks are completed efficiently and according to plan.

Organizational culture

Developed by Edgar Schein, this model explains how organizational culture exists on three interconnected levels, from the most visible to the deeply embedded.
  1. Artifacts: These are the visible, tangible, and audible elements of a culture, such as logos, office layout, dress code, ceremonies, and mission statements. Artifacts are easy to observe but often difficult to interpret without understanding the deeper cultural levels.
  2. Espoused values: This level includes the stated mission, goals, values, and strategies that are publicly promoted. These are what the organization says it believes in, but they may not always align with its actual behavior.
  3. Underlying assumptions: These are the deepest, often unconscious, beliefs that drive behavior and shape the other two levels. Examples include underlying beliefs about human nature, relationships, and the purpose of the organization itself.

Levels of analysis in organizational behavior

This framework is used to study how individuals, groups, and the organization as a whole influence behavior.
  1. Individual level: This focuses on a single person's behavior, including their personality, motivation, perception, beliefs, and attitudes.
  2. Group level: This examines how groups and teams operate, including their dynamics, communication, leadership, and decision-making processes.
  3. Organizational level: This level analyzes the organization as a whole system, looking at culture, structure, climate, and overall effectiveness, and how these factors are influenced by the external environment.

Tripartite organizational themes involve collaboration between three parties, typically governments, employers, and workers' organizations, to create policies and promote fair labor standards. This model, known as tripartism, emphasizes social dialogue and has the goal of achieving better working conditions, fair wages, and social protection. Key international examples include the structure of the International Labour Organization (ILO) and the Tripartite Declaration of Principles concerning Multinational Enterprises and Social Policy (MNE Declaration).

TheTrilateral Commission is a nongovernmental international organization aimed at fostering closer cooperation between Japan, Western Europe and North America.

German Belt Buckle of World War II

Despite all the antagonisms levied against Hitler and the Nazis, they too engaged in their own valuations of an expressed 3rd consciousness as they experienced it, whether or not you think they are an expressed warpness of human mentality whose presence in history, though the actions of some Nazis should be over-shadowed by the atrocities carried out by historically occurring previous small bands of marauders, larger bands of mercenaries, and vast hordes we today call military organizations. For example, Hitler's notion of a 3rd Reich, even if others did not believe in it, was in fact an expression of his individualized 3rd consciousness seeking some manner of personal revelation. The same goes for the 3-patterned insignia of the German belt buckle expressing "Gott Mit Uns" (God with us). Though the expression was not vocalized in unison like the 3-patterned Om (AUM) mantra, nor specialized into a Trinitarian dogma, it was a reflection of the attempted growth of a 3rd Consciousness, much like the classroom experiments of school children using potatoes to grow in the form of the direction in which light is seen through a cardboard maze. Expressions of an individualized 3rd consciousness can take on the appearance of the twists and turns a person is subjected to in their time period and cultural constraints. Hence, we see a multiplicity of expressions indicating the presence of a developing 3rd Consciousness.

Hitler's concept of a 3rd Reich

While some children are subjected to experimentation in which a potato is placed in a box with a series of obstacles to a source of light, other children conduct experiments in which a potato is used as a battery. The point being is that a source or process of energy (power/empowerment) is the intent of explication, whether formally recognized or not. Here is a list of classroom experiments having been used at different times and places... and yes, I am using them as a metaphor for the current context of a developmental 3rd Eye/3rd Consciousness involving experimental explorations into "enlightenment" and "empowerment" achieved through diverse channels of cultural adaptation and specificity:

Examples of Potato experiments

While the use of tripartition can signal the emergence of an awakening 3rd Consciousness occurring in multiple settings just as the orientational concept of a 3rd Eye does, the term "awakening" is often mistakenly interpreted and defined in a manner to express an opinion that one has achieved a higher state of enlightenment commensurate with some notion of spiritual exaltedness. The term "awakening" perhaps is better expressed in terms of a wistful acknowledgement which creates some level of mesmerization like an early morning yawn and stretch, where one's initial movements are mis-coordinations of a typical routine of adaptations to a given environmental setting. It is a momentary sequence of stumblings, fumblings, and mumblings which one has the potential to move away from and acquire greater skill at given tasks, but most people apparently stay within the parameters of a "good enough" minimalization of effort. Let's face it, laziness is a very real practice that some make a science, art and mathematical algorithm out of. Thus, the development of one's particularized (enculturated) 3rd Consciousness development may latch onto some conceptualized framework of a 3rd Eye as representative ideology of what they believe to be is the foremost elevated pedestal upon which to reach out and assist the development of their individually expressed 3rd consciousness awakening, but is in fact little more than a practiced projection of desire fostered on some object such as a bird, jet, plane, star, kite, butterfly or other item suggesting untethered freedom and enlightenment like a night filled with fireflies which many of us have indulging engaged in the chasing of.

For the 3rd Eye enthusiast, it is not known when and where the first fledgling description of the 3rd Eye was introduced into a collective social usage, though some consider the associated ideas involving the Eye of Horus and the Eye of Ra in Ancient Egypt a close approximation of an originating influence where religion, art and medicine become an overlapping ensemble (which together invoke the consideration of a tripartite instance of magical thinking). No less, the idea of cultural borrowing of ideas culminating in the ancient Indian adoption of the 3 Eyes of Shiva. However, it is difficult to surmise what was going through the minds of ancient peoples when using metaphor to describe the Sun and Moon or other terrestrial observations in Anthropomorphic terms. For example, viewing the Sun and Moon as eyes attributed to one or more gods and then the god or gods described as being "out there" later became seen as embodied in manageable human terms, from which the "son" (sun) of god idea is often cited as a correlation detailing humanity's early connections with the environment being transmutated into a means by which one or a few could gain control over others by the "might/power" of speech and later singing, then a written account denoted as sacred.

With respect to the Eye of Horus and its connection to the third eye:

While many people have offered their take on the origin(s) of the 3rd eye concept, most do it from some commercial interest. However, here is someone venturing to adopt a non-commercial attempt: The Science behind the Third Eye: Myth of forgotten Knowledge? by NEHAL.

As a "Deep Dive' supplement to the foregoing list of Tripartite Hierarchies which include elaborated repetitions, it should be noted that when speaking of the 3rd Eye it is a concept associated with the Indo-European culture, though others in non-Indo-European cultures may hold some value in it. In addition, it is of need to include in our analytical equation that it is generally surmised that the African culture(s) came first, the Asian culture(s) came second, and the Indo-European Culture came 3rd. While you may find that some distinct groups within these larger categories came later than the parent group being categorized, there is either an absence of a "threes" compartmentalization identity that is recognized or not, or some variant that is commonly addressed in association with Dumezil's Tripartite Ideology and not given a separate type of tripartite theme. For example, the American culture, which is a mix of several (mostly) Indo-European cultures, is a later-born entry onto the world stage and is appreciably oriented towards using multiple three-part themes, though most people are apparently oblivious to this. Nonetheless, the point that in a general sense Indo-Europeans are the 3rd child of overall human migration may or may not be something you want to further consider as a representation of the correlations being made with respect to development of the 3rd Eye concept in conjunction with the developments of biology, industry, and other social activities.

Deep Dive option of Tripartite Hierarchies

In multiple situations we can see so-called pecking orders of distinction being played out though commonly preferred to be delegated as systems of hierarchy, whether loosely practiced or otherwise. The same is true for the prominence of those whose 3rd eye of consciousness expansion has truly awakened beyond the steps of the novice. Not only is it conscious of itself as a distinction from the individual's previous world-view orientation, thus detailing a type of ongoing out-of-body experience in order to make such a distinction of consciousness possible; but the 3rd consciousness awakened beyond the newborn stage of babbling and achieving some semblance of an attempted articulate voice... becomes aware of itself as part of a growing community whose realizations when gathered together, stirs the 3rd consciousness to achieve even greater heights by having companions to elevate one another's efforts as if gathered in a tournament to encourage one another to best the individualized achievements so that the collective self of the 3rd consciousness steps in unison towards the dawn of a new awakening.

Number 3 on upper right front side of my head

The 3rd Consciousness is not only aware of itself as a distinct presence from the former orientations held by the person in which they too have not become individually identified, much like the ability of stepping outside oneself; but such a consciousness is vigilant to identify those who are a kindred spirit with whom the might present with the greeting of showing both palms which reveal the mirror images of a "3", though less conscious people may be entrapped by designs created by palmistry (involving the 3 lines denoted as heart- head- life) or see only superstitious regards associated with an "M", "E", or "W". And on occasion, one might see the image of a "3" created by a vein on the upper right side of one's head, as I did while looking in the mirror one day. (It's a good thing it isn't 666 or I might be viewed as a potential trouble maker, just as the badge number 666 is often not used by law enforcement.

Not only can those with an awakened 3rd eye see others at different developmental stages of engaged study, but also the pretenders. Those who are adept at reading the words and watching the behaviors of those whose 3rd eye is awakening, but are good at mimicry. Such is the case for those who express a grasp of the "3" but do so only in a given context of realization such as a religion or yogic practice. Whereas some may have indeed begun to explore an awakened 3rd eye, they have not achieved the 3rd eye's consciousness, or 3rd consciousness. Instead, they prefer to play a childish game of one-upmanship and claim there are multiple dimensions and more than three of this that and another, but have no actual proof thereof, and may even resort to mathematics as a proof, but have only proved that human mathematics is adept at expressing delusions quite well just like surrealist art. While the 3 dimensions of reality (length- width- height) are factual, the so-called dimension of time may not be a dimension but an attribute of the 3 as 1. And thuogh you may prefer to say four, I will persist in my assignment of claiming the concept of dimensions as a 3 to 1 ratio, since there is parallel evidence for this type of thinking in other subjects.

Different people in different cultures seek some direct or indirect route towards achieving a heightened consciousness. At present, there is a view that the Naturally occurring hallucinogenic drug N, N-dimethyltryptamine(abbreviated as DMT) offer a benefit for some, though my initial response in encountering the topic reminded me of Professor Timoth Leary or pushed hallucinogenic drugs on students to the extent it was at one time a requirement. Nonetheless, let me provide an excerpt concerning DMT and the 3rd eye:

The Third Eye and DMT usage

There are millions of people who seek a Universal truth and yet do not open themselves to a Universe of possibility because they deny themselves simple correlations to be made in those subjects which humanity absorbs into its considerations as a self-centered individualism and not inter-connectedness, because their prized common sense-driven cultural identities (political, gender, sexuality, religion, socio-economic, etc...) are rooted in the practicalities of self-survival which even primitive life forms exist with as the dominant philosophy. They foolishly expect some named go-between to provide them with a means to pass into a realm of exulted consciousness when they are fearful of seeing the simple truth in the realm which they now occupy, and think that conventionalized Western religions, Eastern philosophies and cult-assembled enclaves provide them the necessary sanctuary, guidance and clues by which to step forward into the darkness of those mislabeled chasms within their desolate mind. How can the proceed if they haven't even recognized the "3" as a threshold, a stepping stone, a bread crumb along a journey which has not shortcuts, despite all the attempts being made by present day seekers and their chosen path which others try to own, control, and charge for passage on, just like religions arrogantly assume they are privy to the primary attention of their god, because they are more interested in obtaining a recognized position amongst like-minded others under the pretense of serving a god they place into their own manipulative servitude.

Each life form, and perhaps even inanimate forms of matter as considered from a panpsychic perspective, are themselves infused with a potential to seek beyond themselves. Whereas in some cases this is revealed by a simple orientation towards self-survival, in other cases this is expressed by thoughts or behavior striving to extend one's grasp beyond the norm, for which different cultures use their respective language and vocabulary (word order assignment) label in such a way which provides some modicum of sense and can be used as a tool to instruct others to seek beyond themselves, though this is used both in conventional senses such as getting more education, getting a job, having a career, getting married, becoming a leader, etc... and is used quite often as a means to pursue that which is claimed by Western religions and Eastern philosophies to be the provenance of metaphysics and spirituality... and some describe as that which exists beyond the beyond the beyond.

Descripton of Om as having three letters

There are different tactics applied by various religions and philosophies, many of which encapsulate some orientation and even reverence for the "3" in vocalization such as the 3-patterned mantra called OM which is made of the 3 letters A- U- M, and is said to represent the first, or primeval sound. It is also used to describe the 3's in the life of Jesus and a multiplicity of threes in Eastern philosophy whose adherents appear to have been conscientious enough through different ages to update their perspectives, while those beliefs that are stuck in outdate orientations such as traditional Judaism, Islam, and the old Testament of Christianity do not exercise a "later-born" revelatory spirit in which the "3" expresses a developmental prominence in concert with the developmental pattern seen in the 3 germ layers of multiple life forms.

Most insects have three germ layers responsible for development.
  • 3 stages of animal development:
    • Fertilization: The fusion of a sperm cell with an egg cell to form a zygote.
    • Cleavage: Rapid cell division without significant growth, forming a multicellular embryo.
    • Gastrulation: The rearrangement of cells to create the three primary germ layers: ectoderm, endoderm, and mesoderm.

3 Layers in plants and animals

If we look at one of the simplest forms of animals called the sponge, even here we can see a developmental 3-stage progression not necessarily synonymous with the proposed 3rd consciousness development seen with the 3rd eye or the 3 germ layers of other animals, but the presence of the 3 cell types is highly suggestive that life was implemented with the potential of reaching into a higher realm of existence using a 1- 2- 3 platform of design seen in physics with the 3 families of particles; with the transistor having a base- emitter- collector now incorporated into integrated circuits, as well as being the value of a potential World War III. However, what can be seen is the lazy approach to seeking out some advancement in consciousness and social, physiological attainment, by way of the conventions of biological, physiological and psychological conveniences being used as an unacknowledged chain by some to restrict a sustainable growth in others because these short-cut conveniences (Western religion, Eastern philosophy, war, crime, drugs, promiscuity, etc...) intentionally create superstitiously imagined 3-headed dog (and other) figures that not only guard the underworld, but is seen in the present (middle) world in multiple (institutionalized, legalized, traditionalized) guises and the over/other-world, where the desired greater values of inspirational wealth await those willing to honestly question the motivations of their present guides and rules being used as an impassioned plea to proceed along a path that is little more than a circuitous route where it is difficult to see one is either chasing their own tail/tale or the tale/tail of another.

Here is a reference to a "3rd Eye" in reptiles (not to mention that they have a "3rd Eyelid" called the Nictitating Membrane):

The sponges lack a well-defined organization of tissues. Single layers of cells line the outer surface of the body and the internal cavities; other cells, both motile and fixed, and fibres occur in an amorphous substance (mesohyl), gelatinous in nature. It has not been possible thus far to identify with certainty similarities of origin (homologies) between the various types of sponge cells and those of higher animals. Each type of sponge cell performs particular functions; the cells either may gather in certain areas of the sponge or form layers and membranes. They are easily modified, both in form and function, during larval development and during adult life. Furthermore, they have a remarkable ability to migrate and to transform from one cell type to another, although the mechanisms involved are not known. Three principal types of cells may be distinguished—choanocytes, archaeocytes, and pinacocytes–collencytes.

  • 3 body plans of sponges, (These body plans differ in the complexity of their water filtration systems and the arrangement of choanocytes.):
    1. Asconoid: The simplest body plan, characterized by a single large cavity called the spongocoel, where water enters through multiple pores called ostia. Water exits through a single osculum.
    2. Synconoid: A more complex body plan where water enters through multiple ostia and flows through a network of canals lined with choanocytes. Water exits through a single osculum.
    3. Leuconoid: The most complex body plan, featuring a branched canal system that leads to chambers lined with choanocytes. Water enters through multiple pores and flows through these canals.

3 layers described for sponges
  • 3 types of plant tissue according to categorization:
    1. Plant Tissues based on Location in the Plant:
      1. Epidermal tissues, covers the outside of a plant in a single layer of cells.
      2. Ground Tissues, fills the interior of a plant.
      3. Vascular Tissues, found throughout the plant, primarily in the roots, stems, and leaves.
    2. Plant tissues based on their physical structure and functionality:
      1. Meristematic Tissues
      2. Permanent Tissues
      3. Protective Tissues
  • 3 types of Meristematic tissues:
    1. Apical Meristem: These tissues are found at the tips of shoots and roots, which help in the increase of plant length.
    2. Lateral Meristem: These tissues are found at the radial fractions or a root. This meristem helps in the structural development of the plant.
    3. Intercalary Meristem: These tissues are located at certain points along the stems or internodes of plants. These meristems play an important role in plant growth and development, contributing to the lengthening and branching of the plant.
  • Non-meristematic plant tissues
  • 3 types of (Permanent) Non-Meristematic tissues:
    1. Parenchyma: These consist of living cells polygonal in shape with a large vacuole in the center. The parenchyma tissues perform the following functions including storage, photosynthesis, and buoyancy (flotation of plant on water). Additionally, they have large intercellular spaces in between them.
    2. Collenchyma: These tissues consist of living cells and elongated in shape, and have no intercellular space between them. These provide mechanical support and flexibility; they allow different parts of the plant easy-bending properties.
    3. Sclerenchyma: This tissue is made up of dead cells that have lignin deposits on their cell wall. These provide the plant with mechanical strength thus aiding the plant to survive severe strains.
  • 3 types of Types of Permanent Tissue are divided into Simple, Complex and Secretory Tissue.
    1. Simple Permanent Tissues
      • Parenchyma
      • Collenchyma
      • Sclerenchyma
  • Complex Permanent Tissues
    • Xylem
    • Phloem
  • Secretory Tissues
    • Laticiferous Tissues
    • Glandular Tissues
