A Study of the Repeating 3s Phenomena

3rd Eye watchers as of Oct. 12th, 2025

At first glance to be found on multiple sites which offer descriptions of the "3rd Eye" idea, there is no attempt by authors to offer correlations with other subjects such as insects and plant chemistry. Multiple authors are devoid of such connectivities and parallel conjunctions because they think that the 3rd eye is a property which describes human behavior alone. Though they may speak of some Universality, expansiveness, and proposed higher functioning as well as a higher state of being, they are expressing their Anthropocentricity to you. In other words, their so-called "Universality" of appreciation for a higher truth is limited to their interpretations of a human-centeredness.

If you watch a child, they are mindful of other children nearby and may even regard the presence of adults as of a secondary or tertiary significance. Likewise for an animal such as a dog or cat... ever vigilant of whether they are in the presence of a predator or compatible. Also, those who are conscious of those states referenced as Virgin- Mother- Crone; Owner, Manager and Employee; Young soul- Old soul- Ancient soul. In multiple situations we can see so-called pecking orders of distinction being played out though commonly preferred to be delegated as systems of hierarchy, whether loosely practiced or otherwise. The same is true for the prominence of those whose 3rd eye of consciousness expansion has truly awakened beyond the steps of the novice. Not only is it conscious of itself as a distinction from the individual's previous world-view orientation, thus detailing a type of ongoing out-of-body experience in order to make such a distinction of consciousness possible; but the 3rd consciousness awakened beyond the newborn stage of babbling and achieving some semblance of an attempted articulate voice... becomes aware of itself as part of a growing community whose realizations when gathered together, stirs the 3rd consciousness to achieve even greater heights by having companions to elevate one another's efforts as if gathered in a tournament to encourage one another to best the individualized achievements so that the collective self of the 3rd consciousness steps in unison towards the dawn of a new awakening.

The 3rd Consciousness is not only aware of itself as a distinct presence from the former orientations held by the person in which they too have not become individually identified, much like the ability of stepping outside oneself; but such a consciousness is vigilant to identify those who are a kindred spirit with whom the might present with the greeting of showing both palms which reveal the mirror images of a "3", though less conscious people may be entrapped by designs created by palmistry (involving the 3 lines denoted as heart- head- life) or see only superstitious regards associated with an "M", "E", or "W". And on occasion, one might see the image of a "3" created by a vein on the upper right side of one's head, as I did while looking in the mirror one day. (It's a good thing it isn't 666 or I might be viewed as a potential trouble maker, just as the badge number 666 is often not used by law enforcement.

Not only can those with an awakened 3rd eye see others at different developmental stages of engaged study, but also the pretenders. Those who are adept at reading the words and watching the behaviors of those whose 3rd eye is awakening, but are good at mimicry. Such is the case for those who express a grasp of the "3" but do so only in a given context of realization such as a religion or yogic practice. Whereas some may have indeed begun to explore an awakened 3rd eye, they have not achieved the 3rd eye's consciousness, or 3rd consciousness. Instead, they prefer to play a childish game of one-upmanship and claim there are multiple dimensions and more than three of this that and another, but have no actual proof thereof, and may even resort to mathematics as a proof, but have only proved that human mathematics is adept at expressing delusions quite well just like surrealist art. While the 3 dimensions of reality (length- width- height) are factual, the so-called dimension of time may not be a dimension but an attribute of the 3 as 1. And thuogh you may prefer to say four, I will persist in my assignment of claiming the concept of dimensions as a 3 to 1 ratio, since there is parallel evidence for this type of thinking in other subjects.

Different people in different cultures seek some direct or indirect route towards achieving a heightened consciousness. At present, there is a view that the Naturally occurring hallucinogenic drug N, N-dimethyltryptamine(abbreviated as DMT) offer a benefit for some, though my initial response in encountering the topic reminded me of Professor Timoth Leary or pushed hallucinogenic drugs on students to the extent it was at one time a requirement. Nonetheless, let me provide an excerpt concerning DMT and the 3rd eye:

There are millions of people who seek a Universal truth and yet do not open themselves to a Universe of possibility because they deny themselves simple correlations to be made in those subjects which humanity absorbs into its considerations as a self-centered individualism and not inter-connectedness, because their prized common sense-driven cultural identities (political, gender, sexuality, religion, socio-economic, etc...) are rooted in the practicalities of self-survival which even primitive life forms exist with as the dominant philosophy. They foolishly expect some named go-between to provide them with a means to pass into a realm of exulted consciousness when they are fearful of seeing the simple truth in the realm which they now occupy, and think that conventionalized Western religions, Eastern philosophies and cult-assembled enclaves provide them the necessary sanctuary, guidance and clues by which to step forward into the darkness of those mislabeled chasms within their desolate mind. How can the proceed if they haven't even recognized the "3" as a threshold, a stepping stone, a bread crumb along a journey which has not shortcuts, despite all the attempts being made by present day seekers and their chosen path which others try to own, control, and charge for passage on, just like religions arrogantly assume they are privy to the primary attention of their god, because they are more interested in obtaining a recognized position amongst like-minded others under the pretense of serving a god they place into their own manipulative servitude.

Each life form, and perhaps even inanimate forms of matter as considered from a panpsychic perspective, are themselves infused with a potential to seek beyond themselves. Whereas in some cases this is revealed by a simple orientation towards self-survival, in other cases this is expressed by thoughts or behavior striving to extend one's grasp beyond the norm, for which different cultures use their respective language and vocabulary (word order assignment) label in such a way which provides some modicum of sense and can be used as a tool to instruct others to seek beyond themselves, though this is used both in conventional senses such as getting more education, getting a job, having a career, getting married, becoming a leader, etc... and is used quite often as a means to pursue that which is claimed by Western religions and Eastern philosophies to be the provenance of metaphysics and spirituality... and some describe as that which exists beyond the beyond the beyond.

There are different tactics applied by various religions and philosophies, many of which encapsulate some orientation and even reverence for the "3" in vocalization such as the 3-patterned mantra called OM which is made of the 3 letters A- U- M, and is said to represent the first, or primeval sound. It is also used to describe the 3's in the life of Jesus and a multiplicity of threes in Eastern philosophy whose adherents appear to have been conscientious enough through different ages to update their perspectives, while those beliefs that are stuck in outdate orientations such as traditional Judaism, Islam, and the old Testament of Christianity do not exercise a "later-born" revelatory spirit in which the "3" expresses a developmental prominence in concert with the developmental pattern seen in the 3 germ layers of multiple life forms.

Most insects have three germ layers responsible for development.

• 3 stages of animal development:
  • Fertilization: The fusion of a sperm cell with an egg cell to form a zygote.
  • Cleavage: Rapid cell division without significant growth, forming a multicellular embryo.
  • Gastrulation: The rearrangement of cells to create the three primary germ layers: ectoderm, endoderm, and mesoderm.

If we look at one of the simplest forms of animals called the sponge, even here we can see a developmental 3-stage progression not necessarily synonymous with the proposed 3rd consciousness development seen with the 3rd eye or the 3 germ layers of other animals, but the presence of the 3 cell types is highly suggestive that life was implemented with the potential of reaching into a higher realm of existence using a 1- 2- 3 platform of design seen in physics with the 3 families of particles; with the transistor having a base- emitter- collector now incorporated into integrated circuits, as well as being the value of a potential World War III. However, what can be seen is the lazy approach to seeking out some advancement in consciousness and social, physiological attainment, by way of the conventions of biological, physiological and psychological conveniences being used as an unacknowledged chain by some to restrict a sustainable growth in others because these short-cut conveniences (Western religion, Eastern philosophy, war, crime, drugs, promiscuity, etc...) intentionally create superstitiously imagined 3-headed dog (and other) figures that not only guard the underworld, but is seen in the present (middle) world in multiple (institutionalized, legalized, traditionalized) guises and the over/other-world, where the desired greater values of inspirational wealth await those willing to honestly question the motivations of their present guides and rules being used as an impassioned plea to proceed along a path that is little more than a circuitous route where it is difficult to see one is either chasing their own tail/tale or the tale/tail of another.

The sponges lack a well-defined organization of tissues. Single layers of cells line the outer surface of the body and the internal cavities; other cells, both motile and fixed, and fibres occur in an amorphous substance (mesohyl), gelatinous in nature. It has not been possible thus far to identify with certainty similarities of origin (homologies) between the various types of sponge cells and those of higher animals. Each type of sponge cell performs particular functions; the cells either may gather in certain areas of the sponge or form layers and membranes. They are easily modified, both in form and function, during larval development and during adult life. Furthermore, they have a remarkable ability to migrate and to transform from one cell type to another, although the mechanisms involved are not known. Three principal types of cells may be distinguished—choanocytes, archaeocytes, and pinacocytes–collencytes.

• 3 body plans of sponges, (These body plans differ in the complexity of their water filtration systems and the arrangement of choanocytes.):
  1. Asconoid: The simplest body plan, characterized by a single large cavity called the spongocoel, where water enters through multiple pores called ostia. Water exits through a single osculum.
  2. Synconoid: A more complex body plan where water enters through multiple ostia and flows through a network of canals lined with choanocytes. Water exits through a single osculum.
  3. Leuconoid: The most complex body plan, featuring a branched canal system that leads to chambers lined with choanocytes. Water enters through multiple pores and flows through these canals.

• 3 types of plant tissue according to categorization:
  Plant Tissues based on Location in the Plant:
  1. Epidermal tissues, covers the outside of a plant in a single layer of cells.
  2. Ground Tissues, fills the interior of a plant.
  3. Vascular Tissues, found throughout the plant, primarily in the roots, stems, and leaves.

     1. Meristematic Tissues
     2. Permanent Tissues
     3. Protective Tissues
  2. 3 types of Meristematic tissues:
     1. Apical Meristem: These tissues are found at the tips of shoots and roots, which help in the increase of plant length.
     2. Lateral Meristem: These tissues are found at the radial fractions or a root. This meristem helps in the structural development of the plant.
     3. Intercalary Meristem: These tissues are located at certain points along the stems or internodes of plants. These meristems play an important role in plant growth and development, contributing to the lengthening and branching of the plant.

     1. Parenchyma: These consist of living cells polygonal in shape with a large vacuole in the center. The parenchyma tissues perform the following functions including storage, photosynthesis, and buoyancy (flotation of plant on water). Additionally, they have large intercellular spaces in between them.
     2. Collenchyma: These tissues consist of living cells and elongated in shape, and have no intercellular space between them. These provide mechanical support and flexibility; they allow different parts of the plant easy-bending properties.
     3. Sclerenchyma: This tissue is made up of dead cells that have lignin deposits on their cell wall. These provide the plant with mechanical strength thus aiding the plant to survive severe strains.
  4. 3 types of Types of Permanet Tissue are divided into Simple, Complex and Secretory Tissue.
     1. Simple Permanent Tissues
        • Parenchyma

     2. Complex Permanent Tissues
        • Xylem
        • Phloem

        • Laticiferous Tissues
        • Glandular Tissues

I am not saying that all the 3-patterned structures occurring in all life forms represent a tale-tell sign that all life forms follow a 3-patterned developmental course that will lead them to their species-specific model of "enlightenment" synonymous with that which humanity strives for. But I am saying that the recurrence of the 3-patterned sequences found in multiple subjects is an indication that humans repeatedly perceive this pattern though it may be little more than a projection of a widely occurring internalized orientation which surfaces in different guises which is often misinterpreted and is frequently subjected to those who become so overwhelmed they believe they have been touched by a spirit, are having a Revelation, an Epiphany, an other-worldy illumination or interpret it in a negatively personalized devaluation of themselves or someone near to them... perhaps labeling themselves or another as evil, insane, lost cause, or some other disparagement relative to their circumstances.

What many of us are seeing is a recurring pattern that is being rejected by many institutions and individuals who not only like to disagree and even disparage, but will offer advice... frequently at a cost, for you to take a path which coincides with their world-view so as to make them feel safe, secure and belong to a social orientation where others share in their model of agreed upon propriety and ideal correctness... typically aligned with a practiced system of Persistent Dichotomies. Western Religions, Eastern philosophies, Education systems, Mathematics, Psychology and multiple other agencies of brain washing currency do not want you to make the correlations I am sharing, for fear you will take the concurrency to heart and pay witness to the delusions of duality which they are offering as a recipe for assisting them in maintaining control so as to perpetuated the widespread indentured servitudes by which they accumulated those who will die for their absurdities and will relinquish body, mid, soul, property, and financial support. Oh yes, they are slick. They may say you can believe whatever you want, so long as it abides to their allowances. If you are to recognize the repetition of a given pattern and claim it has or may have greater potential and possibility than that which is taught, they may well engage in one or another hardship directly or indirectly so as to force you to comply with their views, and they never say a word... so as to use this absence of word as evidence they would not be engaged in a enforcement, when in actuality, they are primary perpetrator and enforcer. They don't want you to see the world in threes and the many transmutations of inter-connectivity found in different subjects. They prefer you to see the world in dualities. Or if you persistent in a threes world-view, it must be their way so as to maintain dominance and control.

Whether in vocal behavior, posture, ideological orientations, ceremonialism, use of jewelry, makeup, tattoos, candles, incense, garments, geometric outlines, texts, sacrifice or otherwise; those whose 3rd eye has begun to awaken are initiated into the recognition and acknowledgment of the "3" which comes in multiple forms and appears in multiple subjects as well as all life forms in what appears to be a spectrum of expression from the primitive to the more advanced stages of development. The "3rd Eye" as millions of humans reference their own acknowledgment of seeking beyond the conventions of perceived existence, is expressed in all life forms in the basic shape of a 3-patterned code called DNA or the use of Adenosine -3- (Tri) Phosphate as the primary energy molecule, though there are other 3-patterned biological processes at work in different life forms such as the basic Head- Thorax- Abdomen design of multiple insects. If one truly has an open mind, then they should not be particularly overwhelmed to discover that as one examines life from the simple to more complex forms, there are features which seem to correlate with humanity's own orientation of a potential for enhancement, relative to the life form's physiological dimensions of practicality. In other words, there are limitations to be described for how much and how far a given species can excel in terms the average, conventional human consciousness can understand. While it is a guess to say that all life forms have their own measures of spirituality which they may or may not strive to practice or much less exceed, the idea is philosophically easy to understand if for nothing more than a conversational lip service to be paid.

However, setting aside such speculative considerations of other animate and inanimate forms of matter, an obsession of one's interest in achieving some personal transcendence over the commonality of existence, need not be strangled by the conventions of Western religion, Eastern philosophy nor the Esotericisms of secretive Sects, Druidic, Pagan, Wiccan, Masonic, or the darker spheres of inquiry and ceremonialized investigations. While each of them have their respective valuations, all of them typically constrain themselves with practicing ideological considerations from past observations of those who wrote down their interpretations and may have egotistically described as a sacred text. Such researchers fail to consider that those in the past were working with a consciousness that is evolutionarily more simple-minded than the potential which later born adherents are in possession of, yet do not customarily make use of because they are fearful of venturing into that realm which their fore-bearers sought, but were not psychically capable of visualizing the aura-laden imagery nor psychologically able to make the transition into a far reaching explanatory realization which enables one in viewing the past as a void, a wasteland, a desert they need no longer abide by with the reverence applied by those in the past whose limits of experiencing revelation were many-fold. The languages of the past had limited vocabularies and thus were limited in their ability to make the necessary deductive reasoning from which the more appropriate rationale could emerge for them to take a step forward and embrace an enhanced spirituality and higher consciousness whose existence can not be immersed in while being tethered to ideological constraints reminiscent of illusionary absent-mindedness, often observed in those with an adolescent obsession in their regurgitated consciousness of sexuality and gender, even though they may hypocritically reference themselves as an awakening and advanced 3rd species!

For those who have reached a stage in the development of their 3rd Eye's Consciousness (let us fore-shorten this to a "3rd consciousness" identity) and are consciously aware of how the presence of the "3" appears to play a recurring and prominent role, let me exercise a review of this pathway of thought:

Use of a red turmeric dot known as kumkuma, is believed to amplify the properties of the 3rd eye (bindi) which elevates the center of intuition and inner wisdom to enhance spiritual energy, focus, and connection to the divine (3rd) consciousness; while 3 dots in the form of a triangle used in conjunction with the A-U-M (or other 3-patterned) mantra, is said to magnify this on the physiological plane via the sensitivities and sensibilities attributed to the light sensitive pineal gland, and revels a succession of 3 doorways sometimes witnessed in the 3 phases of out-of-body projection alternatively called a soul journey, spiritual travel or transcendental surfing episode, but may in fact represent a developmental shift in human consciousness from an institutionalized practice and expectation of duality into a state of tripartition:

• 3 levels of out of body experiences:
  1. Out of body but remain in one's immediate plane of reference. (One's own room.)
  2. Out of body but remain on or near Earth. (Outside one's living structure.)
  3. Out of body in the astral (amongst the stars) plane.

Western civilization experiences into the 3rd eye realm by way of Pagan (including druidic) as well as Wiccan transmutations... can be unnerving to the novice and those unprepared for a journey they may inadvertently stumble onto and get lost in the metaphorically described 3 labyrinthine concentricities whose reverberations can undulate the sensibilities of one's body, mind and spirituality; which some people may not be seasoned nor enculturated enough to control the released energies and require the services of a no non-sense spiritual, metaphysical and physical plane guide to assist them in navigating back to a manageable groundedness... for which, when better prepared, allows them to regain the necessary footing and provisions for their individualized journey henceforth.

• 3 -in- 1 types of body view in Yoga are redefined here:
  1. Physical body (That which we are most familiar with in a strict biological sense of existence.)
  2. Astral body: (This is suspiciously Misnamed and exhibits a profound ignorance... "Astral" relates to stars, thus this body type requires a better label to reference acknowledging physiological states of being such as pain, love, sorrow, etc...)
  3. Causal body: alternatively called the seed body, and is more inline with the notion of past lives, reincarnation, an archetypal orientations than it does with basic biological processes in terms of Evolution and the value of the 3 germ layers due to complexity.

• Multiple personally contextual experiences are over-looked representations of out-of-body impressions.
  • The "zone" experienced by many athletes is a transitional phase of an out-of-body experience.
  • Alien abduction scenarios may well be a misinterpreted transitional phase of an out-of-body experience.
  • Mesmerized states of wistfulness while watching flames or a flickering light may be a transitional phase of an out-of-body experience.
  • Falling in an apparent slow motion is a transitional phase of an out-of-body experience.
  • Having a "movie-like" or surreal encounter is a transitional phase of an out-of-body experience.
  • Awakening in a physiological mode of sleep constraint is a transitional phase of an out-of-body experience.
• It is a widespread misunderstanding that out-of-body experiences can only take place in postured moments of composure, such as laying down or sitting in some ritualized time and place such as a routinized bath, bed, breakfast or riding a bus; which are alternatively defined in terms of places which generate creative ideas... thus suggesting creativity has some link with the out-of-body transcendental highway.
• Out-of-body episodes represent dynamic (full of motion) and not static (motionless) expressions.
• Nothingness, such as in an artificially constructed enclosed space (such as a sensory isolation tank) can set the stage for producing out-of-body experiences relative to this model of deprivation.
• Somethingness, or some variation thereof that we are normally exposed to, can set the stage for producing out-of-body experiences relative to this model of sensory overload, intermittancy, or convolutions.
• Variations in Nothingness and Somethingness can produce variations of out-of-body exposure that most people apparently take for granted and need to be trained to detect in any appreciable sense, though none of which may be "THE" model of out-of-body experience sought by those searching for some heightened magnitude of an exceptional brand of higher state of being and consciousness.
